Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using the BiteHub platform. By using BiteHub you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BiteHub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and vendors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Vendor Accounts
Vendors must complete the registration process and agree to maintain accurate business information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. BiteHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or negatively impact the experience of customers or other vendors.
4. Listing and Content
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the menu items, prices, images, and descriptions they publish. BiteHub does not verify the content of listings and is not liable for inaccuracies. You grant BiteHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your listing content on the Platform and in marketing materials.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (b) violate any applicable food safety, health, or licensing laws; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (d) use automated tools to scrape or copy Platform data; or (e) harass, threaten, or harm other users or vendors.
6. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. BiteHub reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of BiteHub Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. BiteHub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food or services offered by vendors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteHub Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiteHub Technologies Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account through your dashboard settings. BiteHub may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
